Ingredients:
- 1 cup maida
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- ½ tablespoon salt
- Water as required
Stuffing:
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2-3 green chillies chopped
- ½ cup grated ginger
- 3 boiled and mashed potatoes
- ½ tablespoon red chilli powder
- ½ tablespoon amchur powder
- ½ tablespoon garam masala
- ½ tablespoon dhaniya powder
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale bhuna jeera
- ½ tablespoon salt
- Coriander leaves
For paste:
- 2 tablespoon corn flour
- 3 tablespoon oil

- Prepare the dough: Mix 1 cup maida, 2 tablespoon sesame oil, ½ tablespoon salt and water as required and knead it to a soft dough.
- Make the stuffing: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and to it add 1 tablespoon salt, 2-3 green chillies chopped, ½ cup grated ginger, 3 boiled and mashed potatoes, ½ tablespoon red chilli powder, ½ tablespoon amchur powder, ½ tablespoon garam masala, ½ tablespoon dhaniya powder, ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale bhuna jeera, ½ tablespoon salt and coriander leaves and combine everything well.
Prepare the paste: Take 2 tablespoon corn flour and 3 tablespoon oil and mix it until you get a paste-like consistency. Make the dough: Spread the prepared atta into a big cylinder and cut into small pieces further. Roll it into a big flat oval shape.Roll the dough: Apply the prepared paste on top of the oval and flat dough and roll it into a cylinder shape from the bottom to top. Spread this again using a rolling pin and apply the paste again.Repeat the process: Roll this again into a cylinder until you get a small fat cylinder shape. Cut this into further halves.Spread the dough: Now spread the halves into a circles shape flat dough and cut the corners to make it a square.Add the stuffing: Apply some water on the corners along the square and place the stuffing in the middle. Close the dough into a triangle shape and seal the corners.Fry: Fry it in medium hot oil on medium flame until it turns golden and crispy.
