Corn Paratha

Are you looking for a breakfast/lunch option that’s yummy and nutritious at the same time? This corn paratha recipe will become an instant favorite among your family members.

Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour & water
  • Ghee or butter

For Stuffing:

  • Corn
  • Coriander leaves
  • Green chilli
  • Boiled and mashed potatoes
  • Salt & red chilli powder 
  • Coriander powder and turmeric powder
  • Garam masala and jeera powder
  • 1 tablespoon  Bhoj Masale paratha masala

Instructions: 

    1. Prepare the stuffing: Peel the corn and transfer the corn kernels to a bowl and add finely chopped green chillies, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander leaves, and   Bhoj Masale paratha masala.
  • Make the paratha: Take a small portion of the dough, dust it with flour, and flatten it into a thick paratha. Place the prepared stuffing in the middle of the paratha and seal it
    1. Cook the paratha: Cook both sides of the paratha on medium flame with some butter.
    2. Remove the paratha from the pan and serve it on a plate!

    Tips:

    • Use tender corn for making tastier and soft parathas!
