Ingredients:
- Wheat flour & water
- Ghee or butter
For Stuffing:
- Corn
- Coriander leaves
- Green chilli
- Boiled and mashed potatoes
- Salt & red chilli powder
- Coriander powder and turmeric powder
- Garam masala and jeera powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale paratha masala
Instructions:
- Prepare the stuffing: Peel the corn and transfer the corn kernels to a bowl and add finely chopped green chillies, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander leaves, and Bhoj Masale paratha masala.
- Cook the paratha: Cook both sides of the paratha on medium flame with some butter.
- Remove the paratha from the pan and serve it on a plate!
