Tasty and delicious chole chaat recipe that can woo any guests or friends whenever you have them over for a house party!
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon jeera
- Grated ginger
- Chilli garlic paste
- 1 bowl boiled chole
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale chole masala
- 2-3 boiled and mashed potatoes
- 1 tablespoon crushed jeera
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale red chilli powder
- ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder
- Coriander leaves
- 1½ tablespoon breadcrumbs
- Salt to taste
Garnishing:
- 1 tablespoon curd
- Diced onion
- 1 tablespoon green chutney
- Diced tomato
- Few pomegranate seeds
- Coriander leaves
- Sprinkle of sev
- Sprinkle of Bhoj Masale chaat masala
Instructions:
- Prepare the tempering for chole: Heat one tablespoon of oil and saute 1 tablespoon jeera, grated ginger and chilli garlic paste in it.
- Construct the chaat: On top of the aaloo tikki pour some of the prepared chole masala.
- Garnish: Garnish it with 1 tablespoon curd, diced onion, 1 tablespoon green chutney, diced tomato, few pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves, a sprinkle of sev and a sprinkle of Bhoj Masale chaat masala.
- Serve it on a plate or bowl and savour it!
Tips:
- Adding breadcrumbs to the potato mix will help in making the patties/tikki crispy.
