A simple and absolutely flavourful chilli butter garlic noodles recipe that is sure to satisfy all kinds of cravings!
Ingredients:
- 10-12 garlic cloves
- ½ tablespoon salt
- ½ Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 bowl cooked noodles
- Chopped coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Prepare the garlic paste: Grind 10-12 cloves of garlic with ½ tablespoon salt and ½ Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chilli powder and grind in a grinding stone and make a paste.
- Add noodles: Add 1 bowl cooked noodles to this and mix it well with the chilli paste and make sure there are no lumps.
- Garnish: Garnish the noodles with some chopped coriander leaves and give it a good mix.
- Serve it hot and enjoy!
Tips:
- Use a grinding stone to make the garlic paste, so that it is not very finely grinded, but at the same time grinded enough to leave flavour out.
