Chai Paratha Recipe

For the lazy and clueless days, try this simple and quick paratha and chai for your morning breakfast while enjoying a good view from your window!

 

 

For base of parathas:

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the paratha: Sprinkle some Bhoj Masale Paratha Masala on your wheat paratha and cut and make it into a triangular shape. Add 1 tablespoon sesame seeds and some mint leaves. Cook it on a pan with some ghee until it gets crispy.
  2. Make the chai: In a bowl, take one cup of water and add 1 tablespoon tea, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 cup water, 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Paratha Masala and 1 cup milk and let it boil.
  3. Serve hot chai with the crispy parathas and enjoy!

  • Dip the crispy paratha in chai for a twist in your taste buds.
