For the lazy and clueless days, try this simple and quick paratha and chai for your morning breakfast while enjoying a good view from your window!
For base of parathas:
- Wheat paratha
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Paratha Masala
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon tea
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Paratha Masala
- 1 cup milk
Instructions:
- Prepare the paratha: Sprinkle some Bhoj Masale Paratha Masala on your wheat paratha and cut and make it into a triangular shape. Add 1 tablespoon sesame seeds and some mint leaves. Cook it on a pan with some ghee until it gets crispy.
- Make the chai: In a bowl, take one cup of water and add 1 tablespoon tea, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 cup water, 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Paratha Masala and 1 cup milk and let it boil.
- Serve hot chai with the crispy parathas and enjoy!
