Bread Roll Recipe

Enjoy an evening of snack with this simple and delicious bread roll.

 

 

Ingredients:

    1. Boil the potatoes: Boil 4-5 potatoes in the cooker and let it cool down.
    2. Make the seasoning: In a pan, heat some oil and to it add 1-2 green chillies,1 onion chopped, ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder, ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder and ½ tablespoon Bhoj Masale Kashmiri red chili powder and mix well.
  • Add all the ingredients: Mash the potatoes and add to the seasoning and combine well. Add coriander leaves on the top and bring it to a dough consistency.
  • Prepare the bread: Cut the edges of the bread and dip it in water. Fill the stuffing in the bread and make it into a ball.
  • Fry the bread ball: Fry the prepared bread ball in a pan of oil and remove when it is dark brown.
    1. Plate it with some sauce and enjoy!

    Tips:

    • Dipping the bread in water helps the bread in staying put together and not fall apart when fried.
