Bajra Masala Paratha

Do you want to have a healthy paratha masala that’s rich in fiber and vitamins? Then this bajra masala paratha will be your go-to recipe.

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Bajra flour
  • Finely chopped onions
  • Green coriander 
  • Fenugreek leaves
  • Grated cabbage
  • Grated carrot
  • Grated ginger
  • Finely chopped green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon  Bhoj Masale paratha masala
  • 1 cup water

Instructions:

    1. Grate or chop the veggies: Finely chop onions and green chillies and grate vegetables like fenugreek leaves, cabbage, carrot, ginger, and green chillies.
  • Prepare the dough: Take 2 cups of millet flour in a bowl, and add finely chopped onions, green coriander, grated fenugreek, cabbage, carrot, grated ginger, green chillies, and  Bhoj Masale paratha masala.  Add water slowly to the bowl and prepare the dough.
  • Make the paratha: Take a small portion of the dough, dust it with flour, and flatten it into a thick paratha.
    1. Cook the paratha: Cook both sides of the paratha on medium flame with some butter.
    2. Remove the paratha from the pan and serve it on a plate!

    Tips:

    • While preparing the dough, mix all the ingredients and add water gradually.
