Ingredients:
- 2 cups Bajra flour
- Finely chopped onions
- Green coriander
- Fenugreek leaves
- Grated cabbage
- Grated carrot
- Grated ginger
- Finely chopped green chillies
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoon Bhoj Masale paratha masala
- 1 cup water
Instructions:
- Grate or chop the veggies: Finely chop onions and green chillies and grate vegetables like fenugreek leaves, cabbage, carrot, ginger, and green chillies.
- Cook the paratha: Cook both sides of the paratha on medium flame with some butter.
- Remove the paratha from the pan and serve it on a plate!

- While preparing the dough, mix all the ingredients and add water gradually.
