Angoori Kheer Recipe

Simple and delicious angoori kheer recipe that can be prepared with minimal ingredients and takes less than 30 minutes to make.

    1. Prepare the milk: Take one litre milk and heat it well.
  • Mix sugar syrup: Meanwhile the milk is getting ready, add 3 cups water and ½ cup sugar to it and mildly heat them in a pan.
  • Mix the ingredients: Add 200 grams of Bhoj Masale kheer premix to the milk and combine them well together. While the milk is cooking, add chhena balls into the sugar syrup and mix it well.
    1. After the milk has boiled and cooked well, remove the chhena balls from the sugar syrup and add it to the milk. Garnish it with some cut up dry fruits and enjoy!
    2. Plate this angoori kheer recipe and enjoy!

    Tips:

    • Let the chhena balls soak in sugar syrup for at least 15-30 minutes to get better results.
