If you prepare the least favorite cabbage vegetable in this way, everyone will like it. There’s no surprise that it will become your favorite too. 




Ingredients:

  1. Cook cabbage and potatoes:. Chop the cabbage and fry it in oil. After 2 minutes, add black pepper, salt and potatoes and fry them for 5 minutes and keep them aside. 

  1. Saute onions: In the same pan, put oil and cumin seeds. After frying one big finely chopped onion for two minutes, add half a teaspoon of ginger garlic paste and green chillies and fry for two more minutes.

  1. Add masalas and tomatoes: Add Bhoj masala, salt and roasted cumin powder and let it cook till the oil is released. One finely chopped tomato, I have taken this big tomato, let it cook till the oil is released. 

  1. Mix all the ingredients: Add fried cabbage and potatoes to the pan, mix well and cover. Let it cook for 10 minutes. Add half a teaspoon of garam masala and a little dry mango powder and let it cook well. 

  1. Garnish and serve: As soon as it is cooked, add coriander leaves and serve it with hot rice, roti, paratha. 

Tips:


Mix turmeric and salt in hot water, cut the cabbage and leave it for 10 minutes, any insects will die.
