Aloo Paratha Recipe

Simple and quick recipe of aloo paratha, that definitely does not compromise on the quality and taste! 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup wheat flour
  • ½ tablespoon salt
  • Water as required 
  • 4-5 boiled potatoes
  • 3 tablespoon  Bhoj Masale paratha masala
  • 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon ghee

Instructions:

    1. Prepare the dough: Mix 2 cups of wheat flour, ½ tablespoon of salt and water as required and knead to this a smooth dough.
  • Prepare the stuffing: Mash 4-5 boiled potatoes thoroughly. To this, add 3 tablespoon  Bhoj Masale paratha masala  and 1 cup chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
  • Roll the dough: Roll the dough into a medium size.
      1. Place the stuffing: In the medium rolled dough, place the stuffing prepared.
      2. Seal the dough: Close the dough with the stuffing inside and make it a smooth ball of dough again.
  • Roll again: Roll the stuffed dough again with a rolling pin to a desired size of circle.
  • Cook the paratha: Cook the paratha on a pan on both sides. Add 1 tablespoon of ghee on both the sides and cook until the rawness and stickiness goes.
    1. Serve hot with some sides of preference and enjoy!

    Tips:

    • Cooking the paratha with ghee rather than oil has its own health benefits and do not forget the taste that comes with it!
