Simple and quick recipe of aloo paratha, that definitely does not compromise on the quality and taste!
Ingredients:
- 2 cup wheat flour
- ½ tablespoon salt
- Water as required
- 4-5 boiled potatoes
- 3 tablespoon Bhoj Masale paratha masala
- 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon ghee
Instructions:
- Prepare the dough: Mix 2 cups of wheat flour, ½ tablespoon of salt and water as required and knead to this a smooth dough.
- Place the stuffing: In the medium rolled dough, place the stuffing prepared.
- Seal the dough: Close the dough with the stuffing inside and make it a smooth ball of dough again.
- Serve hot with some sides of preference and enjoy!
