Quick and easy samosa recipe that will come in handy for whenever you host a party at home or just simply want to savour some snacks during your evening tea time!
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 6-7 curry leaves
- ¼ tablespoon asafoetida
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon green chilli paste
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Kitchen king masala
- ¼ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 4 boiled and mashed potatoes
- ½ cup boiled peas
- Coriander leaves
- Ready made samosa sheets
Instructions:
- Prepare the stuffing: In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil and saute 1 tablespoon cumin, 6-7 curry leaves, ¼ tablespoon asafoetida and 1 chopped onion. Saute it well until the onion becomes translucent. Once the onion becomes translucent add 1 tablespoon green chilli paste, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Kitchen king masala, ¼ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder and salt to taste and mix everything well.
- Serve hot samosa with sides of your choice and enjoy!
Tips:
- Adding green chilli as paste rather than as whole will enhance the taste.
