A quick and tasty snack preparation that will become a party hit and also lets you show off your cooking skills in front of all your guests!
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 4-5 chopped green chillies
- ½ cup chopped cabbage
- 1 chopped capsicum
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale red chili powder
- ¼ tablespoon Bhoj Masale turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale pav bhaji masala
- Salt to taste
- 3 boiled and mashed potatoes
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Maida roti/ wheat roti
- 1 tablespoon szechuan sauce
- ½ tablespoon mayonnaise
- Grated cheese
- Tomato sauce
Instructions:
- Prepare the seasoning: In a pan, add 1 tablespoon oil, 2 tablespoon butter, 1 finely chopped onion and 4-5 chopped green chillies. Saute it well until the onion becomes translucent.
- Add the stuffing: On top of the sauce, add the prepared stuffing in the middle.
- Enjoy the tasty frankie as you like to have it!

- Using wheat roti is healthy and also enhances the taste of the rest of the ingredients involved.
