Aloo Bhujiya Recipe

Tasty and flavorful snacks recipe that is a good accompaniment for all your evening chai pe charchas with guests and family!

 

 

Ingredients:

    1. Grate the potatoes: Grate 4-5 boiled potatoes nicely and set this aside.
  • Add masala: To the grated potatoes, add 1 tablespoon  Bhoj Masale coriander powder, 1 tablespoon  Bhoj Masale black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon  Bhoj Masale chaat masala, 1 tablespoon  Bhoj Masale bhuna jeera, 1 tablespoon  Bhoj Masale garam masala, 1 tablespoon ginger powder, 1 tablespoon salt and 1 small cup oil and mix well. 
  • Add besan: Add one cup of besan to this and mix everything again. Knead it to a smooth dough.
    1. Roll the dough: Roll the dough in medium cylindrical shapes.
    2. Stuff it in a press maker: Stuff the dough in a press maker and squeeze it onto a pan with oil. Fry this in oil on medium heat until it becomes crispy.
    3. Remove it from the oil and break it into small pieces.
    4. Savour the flavourful aloo bhujiya and enjoy!

    Tips:

    • Adding ginger powder to the mix gives it a good flavour, which also helps in digestion.
