Tasty and flavorful snacks recipe that is a good accompaniment for all your evening chai pe charchas with guests and family!
Ingredients:
- 4 boiled potatoes
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale black pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale chaat masala
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale bhuna jeera
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale garam masala
- 1 tablespoon ginger powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 small cup oil
- 1 cup besan
Instructions:
- Grate the potatoes: Grate 4-5 boiled potatoes nicely and set this aside.
- Roll the dough: Roll the dough in medium cylindrical shapes.
- Stuff it in a press maker: Stuff the dough in a press maker and squeeze it onto a pan with oil. Fry this in oil on medium heat until it becomes crispy.
- Remove it from the oil and break it into small pieces.
- Savour the flavourful aloo bhujiya and enjoy!

- Adding ginger powder to the mix gives it a good flavour, which also helps in digestion.
