Ingredients:
- 1 kg maida
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Bhoj Masale Turmeric Powder
- Ajwain
- Kasuri methi
- 150 ml oil/ghee
- Water as required
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Mix the ingredients: In a plate, mix maida, salt, black pepper powder, Bhoj Masale Turmeric Powder, ajwain and kasuri methi with 150 ml oil/ghee.
- Drain them on a plate with a paper towel to remove the excess oil and enjoy them with tea/coffee.
Tips:
- The mixture should form into a clump after mixing with oil when you hold it in your fist.
- Keep adding 1 tbsp of water to the dough until you get the right consistency.
